Full Studio, Store, and Gallery Policies:
Classes and Workshops
Classes and Workshops are conducted on a "first-come, first-served" basis. While RSVP-ing will let us know which class date you would like, only paying for a class will fully secure your spot.
Demonstrations begin promptly at the beginning of class. If you will be late, please shoot us a phone call or text, or consider re-scheduling for another class time. If you need to cancel a class, just let us know. We'd be happy to re-schedule your class for you, or in extreme circumstances, transfer the funds to a gift certificate for store credit.
If you have signed up for a class and do not let us know that you will not be able to make it, we will attempt to contact you by email and, if there is no response, by phone to re-schedule your class up to two times. After your third "no-show," however, the balance of your account will be forfeit. To avoid this, please be sure that we have your most current contact information on file at all times.
If you have registered for a workshop and can not make it, please let us know at least 7 days in advance. Refunds for workshop fees will be given as store credit only.
In order to participate in classes and workshops, students must sign a studio release form. This form can be viewed and downloaded to the right.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH PRODUCTS ON DISPLAY IN THE STORE OR GALLERY. Please ask for assistance if you’d like to view a product closer. Customers will be responsible for full payment of items broken in store.
Returns and Exchanges
All gallery sales are final. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be offered on items purchased through gallery shows.
Unused and undamaged store products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Products used or damaged by customers will not be eligible for compensation of any kind. If you believe that your product is defective upon arrival, please contact us. If possible, we will attempt to repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you. Full returns or exchanges will be given for defective products at the discretion of the artist or management.
